申请毕业生

毕业时，学生正式并成功地完成了所有的课程 某一学位或证书的毕业要求. 学生必须申请 毕业，并负责确保他们符合所有项目的具体要求 general college 需求.

步骤1: 回顾你的 ctcLink 帐户以确保您在正确的学位/证书发布计划中. 找到 your active Program Plans in ctcLink by selecting Student 首页page --> Academic records--> My Program.  如果你不在正确的项目计划中，请与你的指导老师见面纠正 it before submitting a graduation application. 

步骤2:  仅限转学生:查看您的转学分报告 ctcLink if you have transfer credit from a different institution. Student 首页page -->Academic records--> View 转移 Credit Report. Only Official Transcripts 可以 used to grant credit. 如果你还没有提交正式成绩单，请提交 as soon as possible for an official evaluation. 

步骤3: 确保 you meet your 目录 需求. 你的目录年份列在你的学术指导报告上. 如果您不确定某个需求或对某个特定需求有疑问 contact your advisor.

  • Total credit requirement will be met
  • GPA 需求 will be met
  • 特定证书的25%的适用学分必须在TCC取得. (度 和 毕业 Policy).

步骤4: 完成 following steps in ctcLink:

  3. Update Address 和 Phone Number: Diplomas will be mailed to the address 在ctlink中列出. 如果您的澳门威尼斯人在线赌场不正确，请登录您的ctcLink Student 首页page-->配置文件 to update your information. 学位和证书将在成绩公布后颁发.  一旦获得, 您将通过Parchment免费收到一份安全的数字副本和一份实体副本.  Please do not place a separate order for your diploma.  

步骤5: 没有获得高中文凭的学生:没有获得高中文凭的学生 高中毕业后，有资格获得TCC高中毕业证书 of a eligible degree at TCC. Work with your advisor to request a High School Diploma Plan 和 complete the High School Diploma 毕业 Application. 注:已获得高中毕业证书的学生 不符合资格.

步骤6: 完成 Graduating Student Survey.

Approved to Graduate-Pending Final Grades
 毕业 applications go under a preliminary review. This review is done after enrollment has taken place for the final term completing. During this review we will determine if your application status is ready to be updated to Approved to Graduate- Pending Final Grades. This status indicates that your prior coursework plus 成功的 完成 current classes will complete your degree 需求.

Pending Final Grades
